Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 

1.0 Effective Date: September 1, 2018

2.0 General Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility. To be eligible to receive a referral reward under the OnePoint Human Capital Management (“OnePoint HCM”) Customer Referral Program (“Referral Program”), the Referring Party must qualify as one of the following:

(a)A OnePoint HCM Customer;

(b)A non-OnePoint HCM Customer; with no existing or other designated business partnership with OnePoint HCM.

2.2 Referral Rewards. A qualified Referring Party will be eligible to receive a business reward, for a referral which results in a sale.

2.3 Referral Parameters. The following guidelines will be used to assess the validity of each referral lead received by OnePoint HCM:

(a) Multiple Parties. In the event a referral lead is referred by multiple parties, only the first Referring Party will be eligible for a Referral Fee Payment. First referred will be determined by the “Created Date” date stamp on the lead record in the CRM.

(b) Frequency and Method of Referral Rewards. Referrals will be assessed on a monthly basis and any reward promotions will be fulfilled within 30 days of the promotion or new business contract date. Referral rewards will only be paid if the lead source has been documented as equal to “REFERRAL” in CRM SalesForce.com and the mandatory field “REFERRING PARTY” is populated. The master referral list will be updated on a weekly basis.

Example: A referred customer executes a contract for services with OnePoint HCM on August 1st. During an active referral reward promotion the referral reward will be issued to the eligible referring party during the last week of August.

3.0 Exceptions to Referral Program Policy

3.1 Existing Clients. Clients of OnePoint HCM who are purchasing additional equipment, services or modules, or functionality do NOT qualify for referring themselves and are recorded as “existing clients” in the OnePoint HCM database.

3.2 OnePoint Employees. Employees of OnePoint HCM qualify for the OnePoint HCM Referral Program.

3.3 Business prospects which are already in the OnePoint HCM CRM. Business prospects that are already known to OnePoint HCM will not be considered a new referral and will not be eligible as a qualified referral.

3.4 References: Providing a business reference to a potential OnePoint HCM Client will not be considered a qualified referral.

4.0 Internal Processes

4.1 Referral Website. OnePoint HCM has built a referral website at www.ONEHCM.com/referral. We strongly encourage customers to use this website as a means to make all referrals. The website form is linked to the CRM and auto populates SalesForce.com with the referral information for tracking purposes.

4.2 Tracking Qualified Referrals. Referrals through www.referONEHCM.com will populate directly into the CRM. Referrals that are given directly to individuals via phone, email or in-person must be entered and have all the required fields correctly entered to ensure proper tracking. Referrals must be entered into the CRM SalesForce.com as follows:

        • Lead Source: Client Referral or Partner Referral (Required)
        • Referring Contact Name: Name of the referring party
        • Referring Partner: Name of the referring party company
        • Referring e-mail address: email for the referring party
        • Referring Contact Phone: phone number for the referring party

 

External-facing Terms and Conditions to be listed on the referral website
OnePoint Human Capital Management referral program is available to clients, partners and non-clients interested in referring our service and solutions. Referrers must submit leads (including at a minimum lead name and telephone number) either online (www.ONEHCM.com/referral), by phone (866-938-5835), or by contacting the company directly. Referrer must include his or her name and telephone number when submitting the lead information to qualify. Only referrals that result in a sale will be eligible for a referral promotion if applicable. Referrer does not have to be a previous or existing OnePoint HCM customer to participate in this referral program. If OnePoint HCM receives the lead from multiple referrers, the referral fee will be paid only to the referrer who first submits the lead (indicated by date of registration in the OnePoint HCM contact database). Any referral rewards will be issued within 30 days of closed referral contracts. OnePoint HCM reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral program at any time without prior notice. This referral program is not retroactive and cannot be combined with any other offer. All rights reserved.
