Managing Indeed job listings
For clients using Indeed or considering using Indeed, the OnePoint ATS will publish your job requisitions directly to Indeed. The Indeed integration is custom feature where HR administrators and recruiters can manage their Indeed job listings seamlessly in OnePoint. New job requisitions show up in the Indeed dashboard.
Easily see which jobs are listed and upgrade listings to a sponsored job simply by clicking a button . “This is the first of of several premium job board integrations on our roadmap”, adds Miller.
Indeed Sponsored Job Posts
For OnePoint customers new job requisitions created in the system are posted to Indeed for free by default (standard job listing). From within the OnePoint Connect portal, HR/recruiters can activate any individual job as a “Sponsored Listing”.
To complete this simple process convenient budget selections are provided using standard Indeed pricing. Sponsored job upgrades display in top positions for 15 days. Better visibility, increases the visibility in applicant searches and increases the number of applicants to apply in through the ATS.
Closed Loop, Seamless Recruitment and ATS process
Job board integration is another example of the process efficiency delivered by OnePoint’s unified HCM solution. New Job reqs are created, posted automatically to job boards with the link to apply in the ATS . Applicants create their account and complete the application process. All applications can be stored, reviewed, screened, tracked, communicated with and more right through the ATS.
